SC to Centre: Frame Regulations to Curb Social Media Misuse - (24 Sep 2019)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Supreme Court has asked the Centre to frame Regulations to check social media misuse and to strike a balance between the privacy and reputation of individuals and sovereignty of the state while drafting the same.
