Scope of judicial Review Limited: Supreme Court on Appointment of Judges - (24 Sep 2019)

Supreme Court has observed that scope for judicial review in appointment, posting and transfer of judges was “severely limited” and “interference in system of administration of justice does not augur well for the institution”.
