Supreme Court: Chief Judicial Magistrates Competent to Deal With Applications U/s 14 SARFAESI Act - (24 Sep 2019)

In an important ruling, SC has held that a Chief Judicial Magistrate is equally competent to deal with the application moved by the secured creditor under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI).
