Bombay HC to State Govt.: Give Alternate Accommodation & Pay Transit Rent to PAP of Mahul - (24 Sep 2019)

PROPERTY

Bombay High Court has directed state government to find alternative accommodation for Project Affected Persons (PAP) residing in Mahul and until that happens, to pay transit rent of Rs.15,000 per month along with a security deposit of Rs.45,000.
