PMLA Appellate Authority: IBC Prevails Over Prevention of Money Laundering Act - (24 Sep 2019)

INSOLVENCY

In an important decision, the Appellate Authority of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 has upheld the prevalence of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code over the provisions of PMLA.
