Delhi High Court to Directorate of Education: Cannot Deny Entry to Kids for Failing Twice - (23 Sep 2019)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court has stayed a Delhi government circular barring admission in its schools to students who have failed twice in classes IX to XII. The Court granted the interim direction on the ground that it prima facie violates a student’s right to education.
