Madras High Court: Composition of GSTAT is Unconstitutional - (23 Sep 2019)

CONSTITUTION

Madras High Court has ruled that the constitution of GST Appellate Tribunal ( GSTAT ) is unconstitutional. The Court has ruled that the number of judicial members must exceed the number of technical members.
