Bombay High Court Denies Rescued UP Girl's Parents Custody Amid Sex Trafficking Scare - (23 Sep 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has declined to hand over the custody of a girl, rescued from a prostitution ring, to her parents noting that the possibility of they pushing her into sex trafficking or getting involved in such illegal activity in the future cannot be ruled out.
