Karnataka High Court Confirms Bharati Urs’ Acquittal - (18 Dec 2015)

Karnataka High Court has upheld trial court’s May 27, 2010, verdict of acquitting Bharati Urs, daughter of Ex- Chief Minister, D. Devaraja Urs, and two others from charges of murdering Chitralekha Urs, daughter of late M.P. Chandrakantraj Urs, a former judge of the High Court.
