Delhi High Court Issues Notice on Plea for Construction of Pathways for Differently Abled Persons - (19 Sep 2019)

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a Public Interest Litigation seeking the Court’s assistance in directing the State Authorities to construct footpaths with assistive pathways for the blind and specially abled individuals and to ensure the proper upkeep of footpaths in Delhi.
