NGOs Receiving Substantial Financing from Govt Come Under RTI Act, Rules Supreme Court - (18 Sep 2019)

It said that institutions like schools, colleges and hospitals which receive substantial aid from the government are also bound to give information to the citizens under the RTI Act.
