Delhi High Court: Cannot Entertain Petitioner When Apex Court has Stopped him from Filing PILs - (18 Sep 2019)

Delhi High Court has declined to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by NGO, Suraz India Trust through its Chairman Rajiv Daiya against whom the Apex Court has earlier issued orders directing its Registry to not accept any applications filed by them.
