Delhi HC Permits Kingfisher Airlines to Argue in Wilful Defaulter Case - (18 Dec 2015)

Delhi High Court has confirmed its single judge's decision allowing Kingfisher Airlines lawyers to appear before Punjab National Bank in process to declare ailing carrier and its guarantors, Vijay Mallya and UBHL, as wilful defaulters.
