Delhi High Court Declines to Entertain PIL by Petitioner who was Blacklisted by Supreme Court - (17 Sep 2019)

Delhi High Court has declined to entertain a writ petition filed by a Petitioner blacklisted by the Supreme Court from filing any matter in "public interest" in a bid to avoid "judicial misadventurism".
