Supreme Court Allows J&K Communist Leader to Go Back to Home State - (16 Sep 2019)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has permitted CPI(M) leader Mohd Yusuf Tarigami to go back to his home state Jammu and Kashmir. The Court said that the former MLA does not need any permission to go home if doctors at AIIMS allow him.
