NCDRC Directs Developer to Return Money of Homebuyer - (13 Sep 2019)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has ruled that purchasers cannot be made to wait indefinitely for possession of building unit and has directed real estate developer Golden Peacock Residency Private Limited to return Rs 4.12 crore with interest to the homebuyer.
