Supreme Court Sets Aside Delhi High Court’s Bail to Ex-Bhushan Steel CFO - (13 Sep 2019)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has set aside the bail granted to Bhushan Steel’s former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director, Nittin Johari, by the Delhi High Court. Johari was arrested by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office for alleged fraudulent activities.
