SEBI Fines ICICI Bank, Compliance Officer Rs 12 lakh for Disclosure Lapses - (13 Sep 2019)

CAPITAL MARKET

SEBI has levied a total fine of Rs 12 lakh on ICICI Bank Ltd and its compliance officer for disclosure lapses, including delayed disclosure of binding agreement signed with Bank of Rajasthan.
