SC: Finish Proceedings Against Employees Within 6 Months - (18 Dec 2015)

SC while taking note of inordinate delay in completing departmental proceeding, has asked all organisations and companies,private or public to conclude departmental proceedings against their employees within six months to ward off unnecessary harassment to staff being probed and to ensure fairness.
