Gauhati HC Quashes Foreigners' Tribunal's Ex-Parte Order Declaring BSF Official and Wife 'Foreigners' - (09 Sep 2019)

Gauhati High Court has set aside Foreigners’ Tribunal's Ex-Parte Order which declared a Border Security Force Official and his wife as Foreigners. The Official who is posted in Punjab at present with the BSF was declared a Foreigner along with his wife by the Tribunal.
