BHC:Look Out Notice Cannot be Issued Without Reasons for Apprehension that Accused is Avoiding Arrest - (03 Sep 2019)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court (BHC) has granted relief to one Afzal Jaffer Khan and suspended a look out notice issued against him by Central Bureau of Investigation ACB Office permitting him to travel to Saudi Arabia and UAE for pilgrimage.
