Supreme Court: Assess Parking Needs of Delhi for Next 25 Years Before Approving Projects - (03 Sep 2019)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while terming parking as one of the "most serious problems" has directed the Delhi Government to ensure that proper assessment of parking needs for the next 25 years is done while granting permission for building any structure in the national capital.
