Punjab and Haryana High Court Directs State to Demolish Illegal Constructions Near Chandigarh Airport - (29 Aug 2019)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the State Government to demolish the illegal structures built within 100 meters of the Chandigarh International Airport in a petition filed by Mohali Industries Association in 2015 on infrastructure related issues of the airport
