NCDRC Directs LIC to Pay Claim, Interest to Policy Holder's Widow - (29 Aug 2019)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has rejected Life Insurance Claims’s/LIC's claim that a policy-holder lied about his health condition at the time of purchasing insurance and has directed the firm to pay Rs 1.5 lakh along with bonus and interest to his widow.
