Delhi High Court Upholds Validity of Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Act, 2010 - (28 Aug 2019)

CONSTITUTION

Delhi High Court has rejected a batch of seven writ petitions and observed that the Central Bureau of Investigation was empowered to investigate in matters of foreign contribution and upheld the vires of Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Act, 2010.
