Karnataka High Court: Men are not Machines, Can be Temporarily Careless - (23 Aug 2019)

Karnataka High Court has observed that men are not machines. No man can be expected to work without ever making a mistake while awarding a compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh with 12% interest to a minitruck driver who had met with an accident in October 2010.
