Bombay High Court Directs State Government to Treat all Citizens, Whether Rich or Poor, with Dignity - (21 Aug 2019)

Bombay High Court has ruled that the State must treat all citizens, whether rich or poor, with dignity, while pulling up the State Government for forcing nearly 15,000 families to stay in the chemical pollution-affected Mahul area of Mumbai.
