Supreme Court on Facebook’s Plea: Must Balance Privacy with Governance Needs - (20 Aug 2019)

Supreme Court has observed that there has to be a balance between privacy and how to govern while hearing Facebook Inc's petition asking the top court to hear all cases related to demands for linking Aadhaar to social media accounts and tracing the source of WhatsApp messages.
