Apex Court Issues Notice on Plea Against Karnataka HC Order Restricting Admission to Private Schools - (20 Aug 2019)

Apex Court has issued notice on a petition challenging the May 31 judgment of the Karnataka High Court which held that a student has no right to admission to a private school under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 if a Government or aided school is available in the neighborhood.
