Madras HC: Voluntary Retirement Application Shall be Deemed to Accepted if Not Decided in 3 Months - (17 Dec 2015)

Madras High Court has ruled that voluntary retirement applications made by employees of universities, which had adopted Fundamental Rules applicable to government servants, shall be deemed to have been accepted if they were kept pending for more than three months.
