SC: Certificate by Institutions Unable to Bestow 'Degrees' Cannot be Granted Equivalence to 'Degree' - (16 Aug 2019)

EDUCATION

SC has observed that a certificate issued by an institution or an authority or person other than those specified in Section 22(1) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 cannot be equivalent to a ‘Degree’.
