NCDRC Directs Builder to Return Rs 68 Lakhs to Homebuyers for 2 Years Delay in Delivery of Flat - (16 Aug 2019)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has invoked the principle of restitution in integrum as it directed real estate giant Supertech to refund the entire amount to an aggrieved homebuyer along with 12 percent interest.
