Delhi High Court: Presence of Both Parents at Time of Admission not Compulsory - (14 Aug 2019)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea challenging a Circular dated 20th May, 2019 issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education purporting the presence of both parents at the time of seeking admission in school.
