Bombay High Court: Using Unregistered Vehicle with Another Registration No is not Forgery or Fraud - (13 Aug 2019)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Bombay High Court has granted relief to an individual charged under Sections 420 and 465 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 after he was caught driving a vehicle which was not registered instead, he had affixed an old car’s number plate on it.
