Himachal HC: Report Court Matters With Utmost Responsibility - (17 Dec 2015)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has said, “Journalists must take necessary precautions, more particularly, while compiling court proceedings. Ordinarily, oral observations made by the learned advocate and Hon’ble Judges may not be carried in the newspapers,”.
