Supreme Court Explains Fall in Business Cannot be Ground for Default in Payment of Rent - (08 Aug 2019)

TENANCY

Supreme Court has observed that a fall in the business cannot be a reason for default in the payment of rent. The Court was considering an appeal filed by the Chandigarh Administration to its allottee.
