Telangana High Court Issues Notice to State Over Plea Challenging 25% Quota - (06 Aug 2019)

Telangana High Court has issued notices to the State Government to respond to the PIL filed challenging the Telangana State Private Universities Act, 2018 providing 25 per cent of seats to students of the State for admission into courses in the private varsities.
