SC Explains Acquittal Does not Ipso Facto Exonerate Delinquent from Disciplinary Action - (05 Aug 2019)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has ruled that acquittal by the Court of competent jurisdiction in a judicial proceeding does not ipso facto absolve the delinquent from the liability under the disciplinary jurisdiction of the disciplinary authority.
