SC Rejects Plea Seeking Review of Stormwater Drainage System - (16 Dec 2015)

Supreme Court has rejected a petition seeking for direction to Centre and Tamil Nadu Government to set up an expert committee to inspect and scientifically re-design existing stormwater drainage management system in these areas to manage floods and prevent water-logging.
