Supreme Court: Second Petition Under Section 482 CrPC Valid Under Changed Facts and Circumstances - (31 Jul 2019)

Supreme Court has ruled that second application for quashing of the complaint under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 cannot be rejected merely because of the dismissal of the earlier application.
