Delhi High Court Rejects Plea to Regulate Education in Madrasas, Maktabas, Gurukuls - (30 Jul 2019)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court has rejected a plea seeking regulation of education imparted in ‘madrasas’ and ‘gurukuls’ in the country while observing that it is akin to vocational or coaching classes and one can always opt out of it.
