Rajya Sabha Passes Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2019 - (30 Jul 2019)

INSOLVENCY

Rajya Sabha has passed the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2019. This Bill if passed will , ease the process of corporate restructuring and removes ambiguities in the three-year-old law.
