SC Directs Gujarat Govt. to Reply Hardik Patel's Fresh Plea - (16 Dec 2015)

SC has sought a response from Gujarat Government on a fresh plea of Patel quota agitation leader Hardik Patel challenging High Court's decision declining to quash sedition charge invoked against him and others in a case lodged for allegedly attacking places like police stations in the state.
