Kerala High Court: Human Rights Commission Does not Have Unlimited Jurisdiction - (26 Jul 2019)

Kerala High Court has observed that the Human Rights Commission does not have unlimited jurisdiction and that it cannot exercise plenary powers in derogation of the statutory limitations.
