Punjab and Haryana HC Issues Summon to State Excise Chief over Liquor Shops on Highways - (15 Dec 2015)

Punjab and Haryana HC has summoned Excise and Taxation Commissioners (ETCs) of Haryana and Punjab over their failure to stop liquor vends along the national highways in both the states.
