Calcutta High Court Pulls Up State Govt Over Trust Vote in Civic Body - (22 Jul 2019)

ELECTION

Calcutta High Court took to task the State Government and the North 24 Pargana Municipality of Bongaon for not following in letter and spirit its earlier order in which the court had allowed two BJP councilors to vote.
