ICJ to Pakistan: Review Death Sentence of Kulbhushan Jadhav - (18 Jul 2019)

CRIMINAL

International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled that Pakistan must review the death sentence for Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav after more than two years of battle at the world court. He was sentenced by a Pakistani military court on charges of “espionage and terrorism”. The Court allowed the former Indian Navy officer’s right to consular access.
