Espionage Charges, India-Pak War of Words & ICJ Hope: Tracing Kulbhushan Jadhav's Case - (17 Jul 2019)

India had approached the International Court of Justice on May 8, 2017 and asked for proceedings against Pakistan for violating the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963 in the matter of the Jadhav’s detention and trial.
