Karnataka High Court Asks Schools to Obtain Parents’ Nod to Issue TC’s - (15 Jul 2019)

Karnataka High Court has ruled that elementary schools cannot expel students and issue them transfer certificated (TC’s) on the grounds of short payment of fees or misbehavior by parents unless the guardians make a request.
