Allahabad High Court Describes Ingredients for Applying Exception IV To Section 300 IPC - (15 Jul 2019)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has converted the conviction for murder under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 to culpable homicide not amounting to murder by applying Exception IV to Section 300 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
